To help you select your perfect Garden Room we have provided five standard options which can be constructed either in metal cladding or air dried oak. They are there as a guide and should you wish we can always price a Garden Room based on your specific requirements, giving you the option to tailor a design and finish that matches your budget, as well as your practical needs. We will always be clear as to what's included and what might be extra.
Our standard price includes a fully installed building which can be constructed either in oak or alternatively clad with high quality metal sheets that are available in a range of colours. Garden rooms in the metal clad option and are also available in a range of sizes.
In all cases we would carry out a pre-build site survey to verify the ground conditions as well as access, and the location of power and water. Our buildings are thermally insulated and include finishes such as softwood french doors; underlay & laminate flooring; pre-wiring for lighting (you buy the fitments you like and we will install them); pre-wiring for plug sockets and dimmer switches; pre-wiring for electric heating (you select and provide the heaters and we will install them). We will tidy the site after installation and remove all rubbish, as you would expect.
Optional extras such as kitchens, hardwood french doors, bi-fold doors, oak flooring, shower rooms, wood-burners, shelving and cupboards can be incorporated just as you wish. It's all down to the style and finish that you're looking for.
